Designs that stay current all year

Seasonal stationery solves the problem of a design looking out of date. Spring covers blossom, tulips, and butterflies; summer covers beaches, sunsets, and sunflowers; fall covers turning leaves and country scenes; and winter covers snow, frozen lakes, and quiet night landscapes. Between them they carry any message that is not tied to a specific holiday.

Seasonal designs for holiday overflow

The seasons also work when a holiday collection feels too specific. Winter scenes suit January and February, when Christmas designs would look stale. Fall leaves carry a message through October and November without committing to Halloween or Thanksgiving, and spring works for Easter greetings sent to people who do not mark the religious side of it.

Seasonal photographs tend to be darker in winter and brighter in summer, which affects how your text reads on top of them. After you type your message, check the contrast between the font color and the background, and raise the font size if the design is busy behind the text.
